MM2H Visa Permit
- 5+5 total 10 year Renewable Social Visit Pass with Multiple Entry will be granted.
- Free to enter and leave Malaysia at any given time and is also free to live in Malaysia.

House Purchase
- Foreigners may purchase residential properties in Malaysia, which are subjected to the minimum price established for foreigners by the different states respectively.
- They start from RM 1,000,000 per unit for most states, from 1st March 2014.
- Land is a state matter and it is important to check state laws before any commitments, as the minimum purchase price is not standardized between states. For example, the minimum price threshold is RM 350,000 in Sarawak, whereas in Selangor, it is RM 2,000,000.

- Tax Exemption is given to remittance of offshore pension fund into Malaysia and any other foreign funds transferred into Malaysia.

- Individuals holding a MM2H Visa can own and actively run their own business, or invest in any company but it is subjected to terms and conditions.

- Applicants can invest in local companies, share markets and unit trusts

Financial Requirement & Qualification
• Monthly income required to qualify RM40,000 a month offshore income/retiree
• You need to show liquid assets amounting to RM1,500,000
• The Fixed Deposit (upon approval) requirement is RM1,000,000 Up to RM500,000 can be withdrawn, another RM500,000 will be remained throughout the programmed
• In addition Fixed Deposit for RM50,000 must be placed for each dependent
• You must spend 90 days a year in Malaysia
• The minimum age is 35 years old.
Step 2 Prepare & Submit your documents for application
Documents required:
- Application Form
- A copy of resume by the main applicant which include the following information:
• Academic qualification
• Working experiences
• Skills or expertise acquired
- Each applicnt Coloured passport size photographs digital copy (blue background colour)
- Ech applicant Copy of Passport/Travel documents with certification on the pages with personal particulars
* Note : All the Exit and Entry Stamp pages are to be provided as well.
- Letter of Good Conduct (No criminal record) from your relevant government agency.(husband and wife)
- Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if accompanied by spouse)
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate/legal documents (if accompanied by children/adopted children/step children/parents)- Latest 3 months certified copies of pay slip / income statement (if employed) etc;
- Certified copy (s) of latest 3 months’ bank statement ,clearly seen the income is credited into the bank account statement as exact amount.
- Certified copy of Fixed Deposit. (Recommended provide Original Copy )
- Banker information. ( Banker name, address,Tel, Email.)
- Company Employment Certificate
- Medical Report (form MF1) from Origin country
Important Note:
• All copies must be certified TRUE COPIES OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS by EMBASSY /HIGH COMMISSION / NOTARY PUBLIC / GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL / SOLICITOR / ADVOCATE / AUDITOR FROM ORIGIN COUNTRY.
• Where original documents are not in English, translation must be done by a qualified translator.
• Dependent (s) refer to spouse and children aged below 21 years old and not married, parent(s) aged 60 years old and above.
For Approved participants:
• Please be informed MM2H visa holder are not allowed to work or be employed while staying in Malaysia.
Step 3 Approval letter issued by Immigration Dept
Step 4 You arrive in Malaysia
Step 5 We submit the supplementary documents to Immigration Department
• FD Certificate – Open a fixed deposit account with any bank of Malaysia
• Medical Insurance – Possess a valid medical insurance in Malaysia
• Medical Report (MF2) – Medical check up done with local Doctor

• Issuing fee of Social Visit Pass is RM 500 per year + MEV visa fee RM10-50 per year
• Duration of the Pass is based on your passport validity (Max at 5 years)
• We will expedite the visa stamping at the MM2H Immigration Department
