MM2H Visa Permit
- 5+5 total 10 year Renewable Social Visit Pass with Multiple Entry will be granted.

House Purchase
- Foreigners may purchase residential properties in Malaysia, which are subjected to the minimum price established for foreigners by the different states respectively.
- They start from RM 1,000,000 per unit for most states, from 1st March 2014.
- Land is a state matter and it is important to check state laws before any commitments, as the minimum purchase price is not standardized between states. For example, the minimum price threshold is RM 350,000 in Sarawak, whereas in Selangor, it is RM 2,000,000.

• Monthly income required to qualify RM40,000 a month offshore income/retiree
• You need to show liquid assets amounting to RM1,500,000
• The Fixed Deposit (upon approval) requirement is RM1,000,000 Up to RM500,000 can be withdrawn, another RM500,000 will be remained throughout the programmed
• In addition Fixed Deposit for RM50,000 must be placed for each dependent
• You must spend 90 days a year in Malaysia
• The minimum age is 35 years old.

- Letter of Good Conduct (No criminal record) from your relevant government agency.(husband and wife)
- Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if accompanied by spouse)
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate/legal documents (if accompanied by children/adopted children/step children/parents)- Latest 3 months certified copies of pay slip / income statement (if employed) etc;
- Certified copy (s) of latest 3 months’ bank statement ,clearly seen the income is credited into the bank account statement as exact amount.
- Certified copy of Fixed Deposit. (Recommended provide Original Copy )
- Banker information. ( Banker name, address,Tel, Email.)

• All copies must be certified TRUE COPIES OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS by EMBASSY /HIGH COMMISSION / NOTARY PUBLIC / GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL / SOLICITOR / ADVOCATE / AUDITOR FROM ORIGIN COUNTRY.
• Where original documents are not in English, translation must be done by a qualified translator.

• Applicant who are 40-50 years old, with investment in real estate specifically for residential purpose with a total amount of at least RM 600,000.
• Applicants who are 30-40 years old may apply if:
- They have children (below 18 years old) who are pursuing further education in Sarawak; or
- Are undergoing long-term medical treatment in Sarawak with his/her condition verified by Private/Government Physicians who are registered with the Malaysian Medical Council.

Successful applications are to be issued with Ten (10) years of approved visitors pass with a Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) and extension MUST be done for the second half of the period (6-10 years) subject to:

ii. Resubmission of New Medical report (RB II Form)
