Who can apply?
Those who fulfill the following requirements are eligible to apply:
• Open to citizens of all countries* (except Israel)
• Applicants must be 50 years old and above, while spouse (if any) has no age limit.
• Applicant who are 40-50 years old, with investment in real estate specifically for residential purpose with a total amount of at least RM 600,000.
• Applicants who are 30-40 years old may apply if:
- They have children (below 18 years old) who are pursuing further education in Sarawak; or
- Are undergoing long-term medical treatment in Sarawak with his/her condition verified by Private/Government Physicians who are registered with the Malaysian Medical Council.
*Subject to Law of Malaysia or rules and regulations by any governmental bodies related to this programe.

• All applicants are strictly forbidden from participating in activities that sensitive to local people, politics, missionary and activities that are provocative, instigative and sensitive in nature that could threaten the security of this country/state.

Terms & Conditions for Successful application
Successful applications are to be issued with Ten (10) years of approved visitors pass with a Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) and extension MUST be done for the second half of the period (6-10 years) subject to:
i. The validity of the applicant's passport
ii. Resubmission of New Medical report (RB II Form)

House Purchase
An approved participant is allowed to purchase a residential house at a minimum price of RM 600,000 per unit for Kuching and RM 500,000 per unit for other divisions.
